About the Role

We are seeking a qualified  Microbiologist to fill one full-time, regular position starting on October 20, 2025. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in microbiology or a closely related field, along with at least one year of relevant research experience. This is a first shift (day) position, working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological research to support development of products, procedures  & technologies. 
• Design & execute experiments
• Collect, record & analyze microbiological data
• Prepare reports, summarize findings & interpretation of results
• Comply with all safety and biosafety      guidelines in microbiology labs
• Maintain  accurate & up-to-date lab records, following GLP
• Work  with cross-functional teams - other researchers, scientists & engineers. 
• Document  research progress, procedures, and findings in detail.
• Stay  updated with latest trends, techniques & advancements in microbiology.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology or a closely related field, or have a minimum of 1 year of equivalent professional experience in research.
• Required  1 year of experience in      microbiological testing procedures, lab processes & common microbiology      lab equipment

The base salary range for Microbiologist position is from $60,000 – $70,000. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge and skills. Employees are eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs.
